As a specialist learning company, Vivat™ understands that the skills and knowledge from training and development cannot be transferred to the workplace effectively without successfully changing behaviour. Without behavioural change, most training dollars are wasted.
We design programs to complement and supplement your learning and development activities so your people develop the required behavioural changes. Whatever the content of your program, the professionals from Vivat™ can tailor a suitable results-oriented support program to make sure knowledge and skills learned become knowledge and skills applied.
A range of clients across a variety of industries now use our Turning Learning Into Action® programs to support basic and advanced sales training, sales manager training, team building and leadership development programs.
For example, BMW Australia has used a Turning Learning Into Action® program for over 150 staff and the company’s management is delighted with the results. Some of the candidates participating in our support program after attending sales training have achieved sales increases of up to 100%.
Vivat™ has offices in both Sydney and London, so we are well-equipped to provide services to companies wherever they are located. Our programs can be run successfully wherever participants have access to a telephone.
